Payment and payout information is processed through our payment provider. NailGLOSSè may receive transaction identifiers, payment status and related records needed to operate the marketplace, but we do not need to store your full card details.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate customer and artist accounts, match customers with artists, create and manage bookings, process payments and artist payouts, send service emails, provide support, prevent misuse, keep appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may include performing a contract, taking steps at your request before a contract, complying with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or consent where the law requires it.

Who we share information with

We share information only where needed to provide or protect the service. This can include the artist or customer involved in a booking and service providers that support payments, email delivery, hosting, database infrastructure and website operation.

Artists receive the information reasonably necessary to fulfil accepted bookings. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including account administration, booking records, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting and legal requirements. Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.
