About the marketplace

NailGLOSSè provides an online marketplace that helps customers discover and book nail services from independent nail artists. Artists are responsible for the professional services they advertise and perform.

We provide the platform, booking and payment infrastructure and may communicate booking information between customers and artists.

Customer bookings

Customers must provide accurate booking, contact and location information. A booking request is subject to artist availability and acceptance. The booking status shown in NailGLOSSè and related service emails should be checked for confirmation.

Prices and relevant booking information are presented during the booking journey before payment is submitted.

Artist responsibilities

Artists must provide accurate profile, service, price, availability and service-area information and keep it reasonably current. Artists are responsible for carrying out accepted services professionally, safely and in accordance with applicable law and any professional requirements that apply to them.

Artists must provide genuine identity and payout information when required by our payment provider.

Payments and payouts

Payments are processed through our payment provider. Artist payouts are subject to successful payment processing, the artist completing required payout onboarding, and any applicable booking, refund, dispute or payment-provider restrictions.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy presented through NailGLOSSè and our Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that a consumer has under applicable law.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must keep account credentials secure and must not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use NailGLOSSè for unlawful activity.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, artists, the platform or others, or where these terms are materially breached.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep NailGLOSSè available and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
